Read MoreIngredients 1 cup natural peanut butter ½ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder ½ cup old-fashioned oats ⅓ cup honey ¼ cup small or mini chocolate chips 2–4 tablespoons milk, as needed 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt Directions In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir in the protein powder and oats. Add the mini chocolate chips and mix until combined. If the mixture is too dry to roll, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it holds together. Roll into approximately 16–20 bite-sized balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Optional Protein Boost For even more protein, replace a few tablespoons of oats with additional protein powder or add powdered peanut butter.

Our staff is friendly and helpful which is the backbone of any successful company. We have 4 convenience stores and a video rental store to cover most areas of town. Our Jefferson and South 5th locations have a huge deli, with Charlie Biggs chicken and Sub Express sandwiches.
